Quit smoking for goodIf you are thinking of quitting smoking than the time to quit smoking for good is now.

You do need to understand that the habit of smoking is probably one of the worst habits you could ever get yourself into. The good thing however, is if you really want to quit there is help for you.

The catch to this is it has to be you that wants to quit. So you need to sit back, take a long deep breath and decide if you are willing to do what it takes. Now I am not trying to scare you away but you do need to know that if you decide to take the route of quitting you will be in the Battle of your life. However, just because it’s going to be difficult doesn’t mean it can’t be done because people are quitting every day. Just tell yourself the time to quit smoking for good has finally arrived.

Many years ago you took up the habit for whatever reason that you thought you would be at quit with great ease. Little did you know how wrong you really would be when the time to give up cigarettes finally arrived.

The biggest key when it comes to giving up the habit of smoking is you need to believe in yourself. You can’t let people around you have any negative impact or the quitting will be all for naught. Not only do you have to be stronger than the cigarettes but you need to be stronger than the people with the negative thoughts.

It is very important if you are going to quit smoking for good to hang out with people with a positive outlook. These people need to be your support system, they need to be there and understand what you get cranky, upset, tired or any other feeling or emotion that comes with quitting this terrible habit.

Don’t be scared to use aids such as the patch, gum, lozenges, or anything else that is out there to help you beat the habit.

Before you quit you should also see Dr. and advise him of your intentions. At this point he can do a physical on you to have someone to compare with down the road when your body begins to heal.

At the end of the day just remember you are working on quitting one of the worst habits known to mankind. It’s not a matter of when you will quit but just a matter of knowing that from this moment forward you will quit smoking for good.

May 6, 2010 Dale became a non smoker after smoking 2 packs a day for 30 years.

He now focuses on helping others to take the same step he did. He has decided even helping one person to quit would be a great success.

His other main focus is to work hard on educating kids into never starting the dreaded habit of smoking.
